  • Language learning feedback, corrections, and explanations
  • Support for 70+ languages
  • Progress tracking and personalized learning experience

Pricing and Subscription

Free Service

  • Free users: 15 messages per day at no cost
  • Access to basic chat functionality
  • No payment required

Premium Subscription

  • Monthly Plan: $3.00 USD per month
  • Annual Plan: $29.00 USD per year (equivalent to $2.42/month, 19% savings)
  • Includes: 2,000 messages per day
  • All languages included - no additional charges
  • Payment processing: Securely handled by Stripe
  • Billing: Recurring charges on the billing cycle you select
  • Currency: All prices in USD

Educator Pricing

Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Prorated refunds provided when you cancel your subscription
  • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person or organization
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • Account sharing is prohibited

Acceptable Use

  • Message limits reset daily at midnight UTC

AI Accuracy

  • Emma provides educational assistance but may not always be 100% accurate
  • Language corrections and explanations are AI-generated
  • We recommend supplementing with additional learning resources

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Refund Policy

  • Prorated refunds available - when you cancel, you'll receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription
  • Refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You may cancel anytime through your account settings
  • No cancellation fees or penalties

Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
